Merry Christmas

We are going green this year and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas via online so you can just say 'oh, that's nice' and then delete it. No having to take the cards, photo's etc out to the recycle bins or wonder what to do with them once the season is over. Although I do like receiving the real deal, I must admit, it is a lot less work on our end too!

MERRY CHRISTMAS
May you all have a great time and I hope you are able to spend it surrounded by your family and friends!!!

A real vacation in the land of Aloha!

ALOHA!!!!!
This was our first real vacation (i.e. no racing of any kind involved) since our honeymoon in 2006!
Jeff booked everything when I was in Australia so all I had to do was pack my boardies, kini (bikini), wetsuit surf top, flip flops and sunscreen!
I did manage to get Jeff to let me take some running gear and convince him to do the same incase we felt like ' exploring' the island a little further.
So I have put together some photos from our trip to show some of our activities. They are of a few different runs we did- Diamond Head Crater, in the water at Waikiki( didn't get any at Haleiwa unfortunately or of the big Loggerhead turtle I touched), running/trails at Puu Ualakaa State Park and Pupukea-Paumalo State Park.
Jeff bought me a waterproof/shatterproof camera (do you think he thinks I am rough or clumsy with things??!!) for my b'day so we used that a little bit and I have actually downloaded them onto my computer and put some description etc with them...that is HUGE for me as I can never be bothered to do it:)
I wished I had taken more surfing photos but was having so much fun catching waves, I forgot about taking it out.
One lucky girl and a huge smile left on my face from our vacation and a huge warmth in my heart.
Mahalo for reading and looking at my blog:)
